1. Crew for cargo, LPG/Chemical tanker, bulk carrier, supply vessel, container, and reefer vessels as well as crew and service crew of luxury cruise ships and other vessels for international routes under the allotment payroll program and special remittances
2. Must be between 22 to 48 years old
3. Must have a signed contract with a manning agency
4. Contract should be registered with the POEA
5. Must be an exclusive crew of a manning agency
